We did’nt wat to find ourselves In such a miserable position, therefore we decided to parnter with Lakland. From the very first time we’ve played a couple of their basses, we knew that it’s the best choice when it comes to affordable, comfortable and great-sounding instruments, as well as the USA-made top-notch custom models. These guys deliver, period. Needles to say, one of us did a gig using a freshly unboxed Skyline 55-02 Deluxe, two hours after claiming a bunch of them from the customs at the airport… No additional setup, Just tuning… Not only the bass did its job – by his band and fellow musicians present on site the Lakland was percieved as a better choice than a renowned, classic bass this guy played the same night!
